Tired but HAPPY!!!

Today was the second and final day of the Japanese Exhibition over at UWI and it was absolutely great. There were displays of toys, games, dolls; demonstrations of sushi rolling, calligraphy and origami. There was Sushi and Yakitori on sale as well as Rice dumplings with a choice of sweet bean paste or sweet soy sauce. Alas no Tempura or Okonomiyaki was in sight darn it. We had a meet and greet and it was a totally relaxed day. It started at 10 am but I got there at 11 am and I didn't leave till after 5 pm. It was absolutely worth the extra time spent as it was a chance to connect with friends of the class and also get to see my sensei again. I have to admit that the most fun I've had all year in an educational environment was my Saturday Japanese Language class.

As I said in my bio I wrote fanfics a few years back and though I haven't written anything in a while I've decided to post them here and see if they get a response at all and even if they don't well at least I have them on my LJ. They can all also be found over at
