Writer's Block: Forgive and forget?

I hold massive grudges! The longest one lasted two and a half years. I made that person invisible, to me she didn't exist and it helped to and extent...I spent those years in various stages of rage. Forgiveness is not my nature. If you wrong me then I will wish for ill on your head. To get back in my good graces, only heartfelt grovelling will work and after such a long time the only reason I was able to let go of the betrayal was because she broke first. I won. It took 2 1/2 years but I won.
