People how on earth do I post quiz results and any sort of images on my lj????

I've consulted the FAQ but it reads like stereo instructions and I know I'm doing it all wrong cause after a whole 2.5 hours    I still can't do it. I keep getting the box with a red x in it and boy is that pissing me off...AARRARARARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!

First question. What are you using to post your images? (Photobucket, Flickr .....)

I'm using a quiz result and the instructions from FAQ #6. The code is below, but I'm not sure which parts to use in the <> part, or how to even set up the <> thingy. I'm inputing the code manually.
